How to Register

How to Register for Classes: Simple and Easy

  • High school diploma and HiSET programs require an orientation and appointment with counselor.  Students under 18 must be accompanied by parent and/or guardian.
  • ESL program requires an orientation and pre-registration.  Dates are indicated on ESL website section.
  •  Most classes are OPEN ENTRY and students may enroll at any time, even after the semester has already begun.
  •  The class descriptions include the location and room number for each class.
  •  Anyone 18 or over is welcome to sign up for classes. Classes are open to residents of South San Francisco and ALL NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES.
  •  Some classes, but not all, are supported by State funds. Classes with low enrollment are subject to cancellation.  
  •  ESL DAY classes meet Monday through Friday.
  •  ESL classes meet on Monday , Tuesday,  Wednesday & Thursday nights.
  • There are no Friday evening classes on the main campus of the Adult School.
  •  Some variations to semester schedule at satellite locations.
